SUPERIOR ESTATES is a modern day housing project conceived by a project management team that had been involved in the delivery of top quality housing for Anglogold Ashanti and Trassaco Valley. Located at the current developing area of East Legon Hills (Katamanso).
SUPERIOR ESTATES was established by Sister Superior and Sons Limited a wholly Ghanaian owned firm registered under the Ghana Companies Code 1963 (Act. 176). Incorporated in March 1998, the company has acquired experience in diverse civil engineering fields of endeavor by contributing in various ways to different projects.


Sweet City is a well planned area with a serene environment that has new homes in a gated community with tarred roads, electricity, water and good drainage systems.
